1. Return Policy

Return Timeframe

✔️ You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔️ After 30 days, we’re unable to process return or refund requests.

When Returns Are Accepted

✔️ The product arrives damaged or defective.
✔️ You receive an incorrect item, size, or design compared to your confirmed order.

Return Requirements

✔️ Item must be unused and unwashed, in its original condition.
✔️ Original packaging, tags, and any included accessories must be intact.
✔️ Proof of purchase and your order number are required.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

❌ Customized or personalized products, unless faulty or incorrect.
❌ Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse.
❌ Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery.


2. Refund Policy

If your request meets the return conditions, refunds will be processed as follows:

Full Refund (100%)

✔️ Order canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
✔️ Item arrives with significant defects (no return required).
✔️ Product is clearly different from the description or listing.

Partial Refund / Store Credit

✔️ If you ordered the wrong size or design and wish to reorder, we may provide a partial refund or store credit.
✔️ If there’s a minor issue caused by us but you choose to keep the item, a partial refund may be offered.

No Refunds Will Be Issued

❌ Delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
❌ Change-of-mind requests after receiving the product.


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Step 1 – Contact Us
Email contact@hopefight.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Step 2 – Return Instructions
If your request is approved, we will send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Step 3 – Processing

  • For cases where we are at fault, Hopefight will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If no return is required, your refund will be issued within 1–2 business days after approval.


4. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours for a full refund.

  • After 12 hours, production may have started, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times can vary).

  3. If the issue remains unresolved, email contact@hopefight.com for assistance.
