RETURN POLICY
Hopefight Customer Service Team will review the request as well as check your order’s production process. We will email you to inform you the result within 24 hours (in working days) from the time you send us an email. If the mistake comes from us, you have the right of choosing to exchange or refund.
Please be aware that our products are made-to-order and manufactured under market demand, and as a result, they are not always available. Thus, we CAN NOT accept package returns.
When the mistakes come from the manufacturer:Your item is significantly different from the description or sample provided to you. For example,the artwork/photograph is blurry or has a low resolution and/or low contrast. Or the item you received is not what you ordered.
When the issues come from customers: failed deliveries related to customer mistakes on shipping addresses, product loss due to the security of customers' living areas (as long as shipping carriers verify that the item is delivered).
From the time you agree to an exchange package, it will take 10-22 business days for delivery.
NOTE: Any dissatisfactions with the sizing and/or colors of the apparel are not eligible for a refund or replacement. Within the first 6 hours after you ordered from our website, please check our size charts or our order confirmation email.
Besides, due to the lighting used during photo shoots or the monitor's display, advertised photos may be somewhat different in color from the actual item. As a consequence, please allow the difference between the advertised image and the actual item you received.

REFUND POLICY
If you have got any issues with your received package, kindly send us an email, we would try our best to make it right.
In case you want a refund, your refund will be processed within 24 hours (in working days), and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. You may receive your money sooner or later depending on your beneficiary bank, occasionally 1-7 business days. Please let us know if you have not received the money on time, we are willing to work with you to find out the problem.
Usually, we will handle the issues according to your request within 24 hours in working days. We may require additional information, images, or product information you consider to be a manufacturer defect.
CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
If you need to adjust any details of your order, or you would like to cancel it, please do not hesitate to drop us an email via our Help Centre: contact@hopefight.com. Our working time is from Monday to Friday9AM to 6PM EST. We are willing to assist you within 24 hours.
Note:Please cancel within 6 hours from the time you place your order, otherwise the package would have been on manufacturing procedure.
