To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the timeframe below. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:

• Production time: The time when your order waits in the production queue until being produced
• Shipping time: From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.

In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) and can range from 2 - 6 days. 

Note: In peak season, your parcel may arrive late than expected delivery. We're sorry in advance for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING

Once you’ve clicked through to Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to the shipping method. 

Shipping fees are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Production Time ( in business days): 2-4 days

Shipping Time: ( in business days) 6-12 days

Note:For orders fromDecember 6th, we cannot guarantee whether the products' arrival date will be in time for Christmas. Please kindly consider before placing orders.

• The vast majority of our purchases are processed and sent within the timeframes shown above. However, the given time frame is simply an estimate and may vary in different circumstances. Some items/orders may need a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
• Deliveries may be somewhat delayed due to unanticipated delivery difficulties with our suppliers and delivery firms. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
• Holiday shipping:Orders may take longer to deliver due to certain US and international holidays, particularly during high shopping seasons.
• International orders:These orders may take a few extra days for they have to go through customs. We have no control over the customs procedure and apologize for any difficulty caused by delivery delays.

• If your order has been shipped out, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email.

WHY ISN'T THE TRACKING DATA SHOWING ON MY TRACKING NUMBER?

• For U.S. orders tracking numbers may take up to 5 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.
• For international orders tracking numbers may take up to 10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.
• If it has been more than 5 days on a U.S. order or more than 10 days on international order and your tracking data is still not showing, please get in contact with HopeFight Support Team via email: contact@hopefight.com.

I’VE NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

• Normally, your parcel will be sitting at the local post office due to failed delivery effort.
• For the United States placed orders, if a shipment has not been properly delivered more than 30 days since the order was made, as tracking data displayed, you can request a refund or have the order re-sent. If it has been less than 30 days and tracking data is available, please be patient until the shipment arrives.
• If a delivery has not been successfully delivered after more than 45 days and tracking data is available, we will replace or refund these orders.
• If your item has not arrived within the time frame, contact HopeFight Customer Service at: contact@hopefight.com and we will try our best to handle it!

FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional fees will be.
