Shipping & Delivery Policy
We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Our products are manufactured and shipped from facilities in the United States, China, and Vietnam. Production & Shipping Timeframe
Production Time: Typically takes 1–3 business days from when your order enters the production queue until it's ready for shipping.
Shipping Time:
Domestic (U.S.): 2–4 business days
International: 5–8 business days
Shipping Fee:
Flat rate for all orders (domestic and international): $4.95
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays). Holidays include New Year’s Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
Common Shipping Issues
Why isn’t my tracking information showing?
U.S. orders: Tracking information may take up to 5 days after processing to appear.
International orders: Tracking information may take up to 8 days after processing.

Delayed or Undelivered Packages
If your package has not been delivered within 15 days for U.S. orders, or 25 days for international orders, and tracking data is available, please notify us immediately. We will promptly offer a replacement or a refund.
Duties & Customs (International Orders)
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information before placing your order.
