To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the timeframe below. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:

  • Production time: The time when your order waits in the production queue until being produced
  • Shipping time: From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.

In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) and can range from 2 - 6 days. 

Note: In peak season, your parcel may arrive late than expected delivery. We're sorry in advance for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.

  • For U.S. orders tracking numbers may take up to 5 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.
  • For international orders tracking numbers may take up to 10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.
  • If it has been more than 5 days on a U.S. order or more than 10 days on international order and your tracking data is still not showing, please get in contact with HopeFight Support Team via email: contact@hopefight.com.


  • Normally, your parcel will be sitting at the local post office due to failed delivery effort.
  • For the United States placed orders, if a shipment has not been properly delivered more than 30 days since the order was made, as tracking data displayed, you can request a refund or have the order re-sent. If it has been less than 30 days and tracking data is available, please be patient until the shipment arrives.
  • If a delivery has not been successfully delivered after more than 45 days and tracking data is available, we will replace or refund these orders.
